PANDAmonium

Eats, Shoots and Leaves

So when I was looking for something to read for the Summer Reading Program, I couldn’t help but notice this book with possibly best looking cover ever.  Its called Eats, Shoots and Leaves by Lynne Truss.  You cannot even understand how disappointed I was to find out it isnt about pandas at all.  Once I got over that, though, I found out its still pretty good.

Apparently people all over the world make punctuation errors, even those who don’t have to deal with typing with clumsy paws!  I had no idea this was happening everywhere.  Lynne Truss did  a pretty good job helping me learn things like the right time to use a comma or a semi-colon, and I didn’t even get bored once while reading about it.  My favorite chapter was the one about dashes, but the apostrophe section is still a little fuzzy.

Since I still don’t have bigger keyboard I’m probably going to still have a bunch of typos even though I know what I’m supposed to be doing now.  But I’m basically an expert on the subject now.
